1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from ShopRec, a brand operated by Recreational LLC ("we," "us," "our"), through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are 21 or older and that these products are legal to purchase and possess where you live. An adult signature may be required on delivery.

3. Products & compliance

Our products are hemp-derived and intended to comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

4. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown at checkout and may change. We may cancel or limit orders, including where we cannot lawfully ship to your location.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. We ship only to jurisdictions that permit these cannabinoids.

6. Payment

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes and shipping, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
